Terms and Conditions Westlodge Hotel

  • A deposit of EUR 300 per cottage is required to confirm accommodation . The balance of rental is payable four weeks before arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation the following rental charges will apply. Booking deposit is non-refundable
    • 4 Weeks before date of arrival 50%
    • 1 Week or Less before date of arrival 100%
  • Electricity used for heating and lighting is an extra and is payable by the guest to the reception office before departure. The charge is based on the individual meter reading and it is recommended that the cost per unit is to be checked at the outset.
  • Covered by the basic rental charges are: Bed Linen and pillows, all necessary kitchen equipment, colour T.V., Towel and bed linen change service.
  • You are required to bring your own towels for the Leisure Centre. The towels provided in the cottage can not be used in the Leisure Centre.
  • Possession of the cottage must be taken after 5.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and vacated before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
  • No responsibility will be taken for articles which are lost or stolen from the property or left after departure.
  • Directors & Officers of the company may, at all reasonable times, visit the cottages
  • The cottages and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. A deposit of EUR 50 must be given to reception office on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure provided that the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
  • The number of people on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the company’s permission.
  • Pets are not allowed in the cottages.
  • The occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or be a nuisance by way of noise or otherwise to others using Pondlodge Cottages or to the Hotel Residents. The right is reserved by management at any time to refuse a booking or terminate a reservation for non-compliance with conditions of occupation
